Egypt

Egypt, officially known as the Arab Republic of Egypt, is a transcontinental country located in North Africa and the Middle East. It is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the Gaza Strip and Israel to the northeast, the Red Sea to the east, Sudan to the south, and Libya to the west. Egypt is the world's 15th most populous country, with a diverse population of over 100 million people. The capital and largest city is Cairo, which is known for its ancient history, including the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum. The country has a hot desert climate, with very little rainfall, and a diverse geography that includes the Nile Delta, the Western Desert, and the Eastern Desert. Egypt has a long and rich cultural heritage, with many historical sites and landmarks, and is known for its cuisine, music, and art.
